Project inquiries

The quote tool asks for your name, email, project city, display type and project description. A phone number and business name are optional. This information helps us understand your request and contact you about it. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details.

When the tool prepares a project summary, the information stays in the current page until you choose to copy it, send it through your email app or discuss it by phone. Preparing or copying a summary does not send it to Digicon.

If the tool offers “Send quote request,” submitting it sends the information to the form processing service configured for this website. That provider processes the request to deliver the inquiry. The website displays confirmation only when the service accepts the submission.

How inquiry information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project and provide requested services. Hosting, email and form service providers may process information as part of operating the website and delivering messages.

Website data

Fonts are served from this website. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver pages, keep the service secure and diagnose errors.
