HomeFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good questions. Clear starting points.

Get familiar with the decisions behind a digital display project. Your final specifications and project terms are confirmed in your own quote and agreement.

Which display is right for my business?

Start with where it will go, the distance people will view it from and the content you want to show. We can help narrow down the size, brightness and pixel pitch for your project.

What does pixel pitch mean?

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs, measured in millimeters. A smaller pitch creates more detail at close distances. Outdoor signs viewed from farther away can often use a larger pitch.

Can I update the content myself?

Yes. The control system is part of the project discussion. Training covers updating your messages and, where the selected system supports it, scheduling content remotely.

Will my outdoor sign need a permit?

Requirements vary by city, site and sign type. We discuss permit requirements and any property or HOA approvals during planning, before work begins.

How much does a digital sign cost?

Cost depends on dimensions, pixel pitch, mounting, electrical work and installation. Share your location and goals so we can discuss a quote specific to your project.

Do you help after installation?

Support, maintenance and repair needs can be included in the project discussion. Ask about the service options and warranty terms for the display you choose.
